Breathe Into Resilience (Guided Class)

Max Capacity 6 People. (£45 Per Person) – 2 hour class
A gentle breathwork practice to connect with yourself deeply and create inner resilience. On this session we will engage with the breath to see where you’re at mentally and physically. Our nervous system craves deep rest and we will explore how we can use down regulation practices to create calm. Throughout the session Louise weaves in scientific understanding with a spiritual approach to breathwork. Coupled with contrast therapy to create an unbelievably relaxing recharge for your mind and body! This sessions is to relieve stress, connect with yourself and truly understand how resilient you are. Nourish.me Yoga (Guided Class)

Max Capacity 7 People (£15 Per Person) – 1 hour class
Intimate, small group sessions created as a gentle introduction or return to yoga. Looking forward to meeting new friends ready to discover the joy of yoga and welcoming familiar faces returning to the mat with a commitment to loving the body they are in. Knowing that these sessions will be delivered in a positive, supportive environment free from judgement or expectation.
With 30 years experience of delivering fitness and exercise classes, Angela is a respected, safe and effective Yoga Instructor. Trusted for creating welcoming and inclusive space at her Hatha Yoga sessions, Angela is bringing her authentic teaching style and experience to Equilibrium. “The light in me honours the light in you.”

Mid-week Sound Bath
(Guided Class)

Max Capacity 8 People. (£15 Per Person) – 1 hour class
 An invitation to pause in the middle of the week. These sessions are an opportunity to disconnect, rest and reset. A flowing soundscape featuring drum, singing bowls and gentle chimes will guide you to a place of deep relaxation and leave you feeling peaceful and calm.

Yoga for Menopause and Relaxation  (Guided Class)

Max Capacity 7 People (£33 Per Person) – 1.5 hour class
Join Angela on the second Saturday of the month for 1.5 hrs dedicated to honouring your body. Monthly themes will include Yoga for Menopause, Relaxation Techniques and a Beginners Guide to yoga philosophy.

Finding Equilibrium (Guided Class)

As you step into the guided class, prepare to immerse yourself in a sensory oasis. The aroma of essential oils within the sauna will envelop you, enhancing rejuvenation. With the gentle waving of towels, feel the soothing energy flow around you.  The harmonious sounds of healing instruments will resonate through the space, calming your mind and uplifting your spirit. Let the ice Baths guide you deeper into a state of tranquillity. Engage in mindful movements that harmonise body and mind, allowing you to connect with your inner self on a profound level. This holistic experience promises to leave you refreshed, balanced, and invigorated. This class is a relaxation class to help you find balance for the next day and includes 2 Minutes of pure presence sat in the ice baths.

Morning Reset (Guided Class)

Step into an invigorating session where we embrace the energy of flow and vitality. This class is a celebration of movement, sound, and breath. Designed to uplift your spirit and awaken your senses. Engage in dynamic movements that will energize your body and free your mind. Feel the rhythm of the music guiding you through each motion, creating a harmonious dance of vitality. With light breathwork intertwined throughout, you’ll synchronize your breath with your movements, enhancing your connection to the present moment. Let the sounds around you amplify the experience, elevating your practice to a state of pure joy and vibrancy. Get ready to move, breathe, and groove your way to a renewed sense of well-being and vitality. This class is to energise you for the day and includes 2 rounds in the ice baths.

Stress to Bliss (Guided Class)

Max Capacity 6 People (£35 Per Person) – 2 hour class
Embark on a transformative journey in our 2-hour class that harmoniously blends the practice of yoga with the elemental forces of hot and cold. Begin with a serene yoga flow, allowing your breath to guide you into a state of mindfulness and inner peace. As you move through each pose, feel the energy flowing through you, connecting body, mind, and spirit.
Transition into the warmth of a sauna, where the heat envelops you, inviting deep relaxation and the release of toxins. This space nurtures you and prepares you for the experience with a refreshing cold immersion, embracing the invigorating chill that awakens your senses and revitalises your energy.

Reawakening at Noon (Guided Class)
