My name is Agata Wikira, a journalist with a deep curiosity about the world. My interests expanded into natural medicine, leading me to train in massage therapy and practice Reiki.
Dedicated to yoga and meditation, I believe in the importance of physical and mental well-being. Working in a spa allows me to help others through massage, breathing exercises, sauna treatments, and ice baths, fulfilling my passion for holistic health.

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University with First Class Honours in Sports & Exercise Therapy. I have since worked with a range of individuals, from elite athletes to those improving their physical well-being. As the Head Sports Therapist at Leeds Knights Ice Hockey Club, I have played a key role in our national league-winning campaign. Additionally, I completed a Masters by Research focused on elite-level British ice hockey.
Outside of work, I am passionate about sports. I play cricket for Goole Town during the summer and am an enthusiastic runner, aiming to participate in charity races soon.

I was introduced to sound by a friend who took me to a gong bath that profoundly relaxed me. I then read extensively about sound’s effects and trained with the College of Sound Healing.
I’m fascinated by the science behind this practice and stay updated with current research, but I’m equally interested in people’s personal experiences.
My sessions aim to relax and provide space to pause and disconnect. Many people tell me they have the best night’s sleep afterwards and find the time flies by.
Outside my sound therapy practice, I support charities and organisations in fundraising through bid writing.

With 30 years of experience, Angela is a respected Yoga Instructor known for creating a welcoming, inclusive space. She offers weekly Hatha Yoga sessions on Wednesday evenings and monthly workshops on Saturday mornings focused on energetic balance, healing, and mindfulness. Angela also hosts monthly Menopause sessions to support women through hormonal changes. Join her to discover the joy of yoga in a positive, supportive environment.
